Start a Chapter

The Whitestone Chapter Program invites students aged 15 to 25 to establish formal legal and policy units within their schools, communities, or international youth networks. These chapters are not clubs, they are structured teams engaged in real-world policy work: publishing, lobbying, campaigning, and convening. Each chapter operates in close coordination with Whitestone HQ and contributes directly to national and multilateral policy discourse.

Why?

Most student organizations are extracurricular. Whitestone chapters are infrastructural. You don’t meet for discussion; you produce public policy. You don’t simulate power; you exercise it.
